🧹 Data Deletion Policy
1. User-Initiated
- To delete, place a request at: Delete My Data
- Once verified: profile, campaigns, and audience data are deleted within 30 days
- We may retain minimal data for legal or billing reasons
2. Automatic Deletion
- Inactive accounts: deleted after 24 months
- Campaigns: deleted after 7 years
- Logs: rotated or deleted after 90–180 days
3. Exceptions
- Data retained to comply with legal obligations
- Aggregated/anonymized data retained for benchmarking
4. Backups
Data purged from live systems upon deletion; backups overwritten in 30–90 days.
