  • Deliver and improve our advertising SaaS platform

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • Shared with service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payments) under data processing agreements.
  • Shared with advertising partners for campaign delivery (with consent).
  • Shared with authorities where legally required.
  • International data transfers use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We implement industry-standard security protocols including encryption, access control, and secure infrastructure. Users are advised to maintain password security.

Purpose: Define how we handle data on the SocialMetis / AdsAsh platform.

9. Categories of Data

  • User Data (access, personalization, billing)
  • Advertiser Data (targeting, delivery, optimization)
  • Audience Data (insights, modeling – aggregated)
  • Tracking Data (SDKs, pixels, integrations)

10. Purpose of Processing

  • Authentication & security
  • Campaign setup and execution
  • Attribution, analytics, reporting
  • Billing and compliance

11. Data Processing Roles

  • You (User): Controller of campaign/audience data
  • We (ASH&AD): Controller of user profile; Processor for campaigns
  • Third parties (Meta, Google): Controllers or Joint Controllers by integration

12. Storage & Retention

  • AWS/Tier 1 secure infrastructure
  • User data: retained until deletion or 2 years inactivity
  • Campaigns: 7-year retention for audit
  • Cookies/sessions: 1–24 months depending on purpose

13. Third-Party Processors

  • AWS (Hosting)
  • Stripe/Razorpay (Payments)
  • Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (Measurement)

🧹 Data Deletion Policy

1. User-Initiated

  • To Delete place the request at: Delete My data
  • Once verified: delete profile, campaigns, audience data within 30 days
  • Retain minimal data if required for legal/billing

2. Automatic Deletion

  • Inactive accounts: deleted after 24 months
  • Campaigns: deleted after 7 years
  • Logs: rotated/deleted after 90–180 days

3. Exceptions

  • Data retained to comply with legal obligations
  • Aggregated/anonymized data retained for benchmarking

4. Backups

Data purged from live systems upon deletion; backups overwritten in 30–90 days.
